At present, the general battery foil products generally require strength more than 180 Mpa, and are pure aluminium alloy. Battery foil is the product that requires the thinnest thickness, the highest strength, the highest surface factor, the smallest thickness difference, the best shape and the cleanest surface .

1235 Aluminium foil and 1060 aluminium foil are widely used on the aluminium foil for lithium ion batteries. The products have uniform surface color, clean, flat shape, no bright oil stain; strength > 180 Mpa, extension > 1.5%, wetting > 32 dyne, which can effectively improve the adhesion of active substances to collector and reduce manufacturing costs.

Surface Condition

One side matt and the other bright. Surface free from defects that are detrimental to the application such as corrosion, broken matt, indent, loose edge, dent mark, stains, line marks, scratches, holes, etc.

Edge: No telescopic, oscillation, slanting and collapse marks.

Joints: For roll OD200-450mm, allowing 0 -1 joint of each roll with ultrasonic welding;

For roll OD450-650mm, allowing 0-2joints of each roll with ultrasonic welding;

The length between joints is more than 1000 meters.

Unwind: Coil is free from stickiness and can be unwind freely to the core.
